The Ground Zone is the lowest of the three main sectors of West Watch. This area is where most of the impoverished of West Watch live, and most here go without homes, and is only guarded by the First Ring.

The Third and final zone of West Watch, and where only the royal and extremely rich, or government officials live. Sky's Reach is the nexus of all political and lawful endeavors, and where most of the city runs.
